Yoga and Wellness Retreats
Looking take your practice to the next level?
Join Fiona on retreat. Going on retreat is a great way to combine the relaxation benefits of a holiday with a the added bonus of some dedicated time for self-inquiry and mindfulness.
Each retreat has a different theme and focus which will be detailed in the description, but you can always expect a variety of yoga classes, workshops, options to add on various treatments (massage, reiki, and others) and a beautiful nature-focused location.
Fiona works with other experts in their fields to add value to retreat offerings in modalities other than yoga and sound, so guests will have a wealth of knowledge to learn from.
Retreats are offered for weekend long, 5 day, and week-long retreats so whether you’re looking for a quick weekend reset, or a deeper experience away from your day-to-day life, there is an offering for everyone.
All retreats include scheduled free time to allow you extra time to explore the area, take advantage of the venue’s amenities, relax, or just do nothing!
Weekend Yoga and Self-Work Retreat in Kilkenny, Ireland
May 17-19 2024

Fiona will guide the group through vinyasa flow, restorative yoga, and yoga nidra guided meditation, suitable for all levels.
The Yoga Barn
This beautiful space in the Kilkenny countryside will host our group for the weekend. Onsite there’s a bespoke yoga shala, a sauna, cold plunge, firepit and beautiful grounds to explore. Perhaps you’ll hang in the common area reading a book or chatting with your retreat friends.
Sarah Jane Cleary
Co-host of the retreat is Sarah Jane who is both a psychotherapist and celtic shamanic practitioner. She is also certified as a reiki master and sound healing practitioner. Originally from Dublin, Sarah lives in Kilkenny and offers virtual healing sessions. She will host various workshops throughout the weekend inviting guests to do some self development and heal from within. She specialises in techniques made popular by Carl Jung and integrates her own love for spirituality into her teachings.
Join Fiona and Sarah-Jane on a weekend retreat full of rest, relaxation, and inner work. Bealtaine, or May in Irish, is a time to celebrate the start of summer. The ancient celtic tradition of celebrating Bealtaine involves focusing on cleansing potentially destructive influences marking the start of a new beginning for farming on the emerald Isle. Most of us aren’t farmers anymore, but we can still honor this sacred time on the celtic calendar and instead look at any habits or energy we can cleanse ourselves of to pave way for a new beginning.
